This means that when we are looking for flavors and other ingredients, we always try to find ingredients that do not contain this alcohol, so that we can also provide our customers with products that cannot consume traces of ethyl alcohol, for example, due to religious or health reasons. Oatmeal has the physiological property that it sometimes contains larger and sometimes smaller amounts of gluten. This means that two bags of oatmeal can contain a different amount of gluten. This is also the case with our SVEN JACK's. Therefore, we want to play it safe for your health and always list gluten as an allergen. We recommend that you talk to your doctor beforehand to know your own tolerance level for gluten.

Our Sven Jack 's you can enjoy in two sizes: 65g for the small snack in between and 125g if times a larger adventure is imminent, so that you are also supplied long enough with energy.
