Our sales and marketing office is located in Austria, this is where your returns will be sent. Below you will find more information on how to handle complaints. Normally an order arrives within 3-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Pallet orders have a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. For each order there is a convenient tracking link so you always know where your package is. If in doubt, please also check your email folders 'unwanted' or SPAM. Sometimes our mails are forwarded there. In case of a complaint we ask you to fill in the complaint form. It is important that you fill in the form completely (order number, best before date, batch number, reason for complaint). This is the only way we can process your complaint quickly and easily.
